UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
· Experience from embedded software design primarily in C
• Realtime OS such as FreeRTOS and Azure RTOS
· Test, verification and quality assurance
Work language English


Wanted competence:
• Scripting for test automation with MATLAB, Python
• Git and Gerrit
• C++
• Lean and Agile knowledge






About the position
• You will work as an embedded developer
• you would work in our highly skilled radio software development team. The team’s tasks consist of maintaining and developing the embedded software. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working.
-We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous integration, continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing is a key part of the daily work.
-You will work with high performance embedded CPU/MCU platforms and modern software development methodologies. You will also develop & maintain products including development activities like requirement analysis, system architecture, software design, integration, verification, product lifecycle management support and product documentation.
