UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.


The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
•Experience as a test lead/ test coordinator
•Deep understanding of software development
•Proven job experience as a test manager and deep understanding of Quality Assurance
•Strong knowledge and experience of R&D processes, including lean & agile practices
•Large degree of flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
•Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate to reach solutions in a multi stakeholder environment

- Experience from telecom industry, testautomation, Python, embedded
- Swedish




Your tasks:
•Work as a test manager/ test coordinator
•Establishing and maintaining Test Strategy
•Drive applicable test fora
•Analyse testability and test coverage
•Supporting in decision making, providing analysis, understanding dependencies from overall offering perspective
•Drive needed changes to ensure delivering of offerings with high quality
