The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
• Several years of experience from software development in Python 
• Experience from testing and verification 
• Experience witing unit tests
• Experience version control tools

Job Description
-You will work in a cross-functional team responsible for the entire application. 
-Your primary responsibilities include adding functionality and fixing bugs in the server layer of the product, from the Python business logic to the REST API.
- You are expected to write unit tests for your Python code and sometimes document the functionality for end-users. Sometimes, you will have to write software issue reports in Jira.
- You will also have to tune Jenkins jobs and sometimes create new ones.
