UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benefits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
-Experience from working with Business Intelligence solutions.
-Experience in working with support both towards end-users and other IT-staff.
-Technical;
SQL Server 2019 - basic knowledge (>1 year).
Transact SQL – experienced (>2 years).
SQL Server Integration Services – experienced (>2 years).
Working language: Swedish/English
Meriting competence
-Experience from Azure, Kanban, SQL, WPF, Teamcity
About the position
-you will provide support in terms of reactive error corrections, monthly routines and development of minor changes for our client’s central sales Data Warehouse solutions.
-you will act as the interface for the customers towards the IT organization. The customers are the internal line of business within client’s organization. In the support chain behind you there will be numerous subject matter experts who will assist.
-Specific tasks
Error correction in client’s Sales Data Warehouse solution.
Tickets in service desk (User access request, Investigate data questions/issues).
Maintenance (e.g. Master data update).
Participate in proactive work to decrease the support need, e.g. participate in design of solution to reduce repetitive error correction.
