UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.


The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.


Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.


Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.


Required experience for this role:
- 5+ years as Scrum Master
- Experience from leading test development teams
- Hands on experience from writing automated test-scripts
- Experience from the banking/finance sector
- Scrum/Safe certified
- Great communications and written skills


Working language: Swedish/English


Meriting competence
- Swedish


About the position
- As a scrummaster, you are part of an agile team, you are responsible for organizing and leading planning sessions, sprint reviews, etc. to reduce the risk of obstacles during the work, but you also coach and support your team members.
-You as an experienced scrummaster thrive in and are used to leading agile teams in a test-driven development environment in accordance with the principles of devops. -In this role, you have contact with many different people in the business, so it is very important that you are a good communicator who has the ability to explain the complex in a simple way.
