UCG 101901 Senior Java Developer

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Eucation/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
– Java SE at least 8
– Testing (unit testing, mock objects, integration testing)
– Spring framework (MVC, Data JPA, Boot) or similar
– Any kind API development (XML-RPC, REST or SOAP)
– MySQL or other relation databases
– SQL
– XML
-English
Meritous
– Basic administering Linux, Windows skills
– Knowledge of any servlet container of application server (tomcat, jetty, jboss, glassfish, etc)
– Gradle, Maven or even Ant
– Elasticsearch, Lucene or any other search tool
– Spring, Hibernate and other java libraries and frameworks
– Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
– Angular and TypeScript, JQuery and Bootstrap for legacy parts


About the position
-work as a Senior Java Developer, mainly backend
- development of a web service with REST API and Angular on the client side, running in AWS cloud as well as private clouds.
- plans to develop many cool features and integrations, so it will be interesting times ahead.
– Be a part of team using agile development techniques
– Improve the existing source code, suggest new solutions and implement new functionality
