Description

As a UI designer you will work in the clients Customer Engagement stream to:

- Brainstorm new solutions and create fantastic, engaging and intuitive solutions for customers with the digital team.
- Create beautiful, engaging and selling designs.
- Help develop and maintain our new atomic design system.
- Be part of designing the next generation of the clients award winning app.
- Work closely with designers, developers, product owners and other stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
- Play a vital role in evolving the digital environments.
- Iterate existing designs, improving and pushing them to the next level.
- Stay on top of design trends, new developments and what’s happening in the industry.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Degree in design or experience creating great visual designs.
- At least 1 year of digital design experience with a good understanding of web design, usability and working within brand guidelines.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing for web.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Figma.
- Collaborative and open-minded working style.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Sharp attention to details.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet commitments in multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills - able to relate to stakeholder groups including clients, developers and executive management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Portfolio including samples of work outlining business needs and proposed solutions.
