UI Designer - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are hiring a UI Designer to work in a creative and forward-looking project. The consultant will be part of a team with other competencies in the design area for challenging the graphical interface, being creative and innovative together with the team that develops appealing services.
What you'll do:
● Coordinate with Agile teams that work according to SAFe and collaborates closely with other development teams in the Savings and Pensions product area.
● Modernizing the insurance-related parts and building new functionality in occupational pension.
● Considering existing applications and evaluating their UI effectiveness and using online tools to aid research.
● Running user testing of applications, software and websites to defining interaction models, user task flows, and UI (user interface) specifications.
● Communicating scenarios (hypothetical users), end-to-end experiences, interaction models, and screen designs to other people working on product.
● Working with creative directors and visual designers to incorporate a visual or brand identity into the finished product.
● Developing and maintaining design wireframes (basic mock-ups of applications) and specifications.

● An artistic eye for design and ability to think creatively to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
● Excellent organisational, time and project management skills along with proficiency in IT and programming skills.
● An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment with ability to enhance self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends.
