Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Senior Frontend & UI Lead
What You Will Work On
Own frontend architecture and overall user experience for the workshop ordering platform.
Translate complex workflows into intuitive and efficient interfaces based on real user needs.
Design and deliver production-grade UI while combining design and code implementation.
Collaborate closely with product, backend, and business teams to influence strategy and direction.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate iterative design and coding.
Define, measure, and improve UX quality using metrics like task completion, time-on-task, and error rates.
Facilitate cross-functional decisions at the intersection of product, design, and engineering.
Present and justify design and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring
Significant experience as a Senior or Lead Frontend Engineer with ownership of user experience outcomes.
Ability to independently translate user problems into deployed solutions without reliance on separate design handoffs.
Strong collaboration skills across product, design, and engineering disciplines.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools and knowledge of where they provide value.
Experience in small, high-autonomy teams with collaborative strategic direction.
Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
Structured, analytical, and proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder engagement.
