Cogmed is seeking a US technical support based in Stockholm Cogmed develops, validates and markets software-based working memory training programs for people with attention deficits.Our products are a unique combination of solid research, innovative software design and high quality delivery methodology.For more information on Cogmed, visit www.cogmed.com.Cogmed is introducing Working Memory Training across the United States during 2006 - 2007.This is done through a selected group of well-respected clinicians across America who in turn offers their patients the possibility to train working memory with our software and method.Apart from working with commercial relations Cogmed has also a number of research collaborations with universities in the US and Europe who use our soft ware as part of their projects.Cogmed has a technical support service set up here in Stockholm to serve our users on a global basis.We need to increase our team to ensure a high quality service and increase our accessibility for the benefit of our users.The Position As technical support at Cogmed you will handle contacts with our users according to our process for technical support.The communication should be efficient, logical and always with our customers in focus. Specifically, the assignment includes: - Responding to all incoming emails and calls from users during opening hours.- Replying to all incoming emails and call back to all users who have contacted us during non-business hours.- Handle all contacts and activities on a daily basis and follow Cogmeds process for technical support.- When time is, assist the US operation organization based in Stockholm.The Profile The preferd candidate will have: - Previous experience in giving technical support to end users both in written and spoken form - Knowledge about areas such as proxy firewalls, software firewalls, internet connectivity, .net platform and how it affects users, knowledge about windows.- Excellent presentation and communications skills in American English, written and spoken - Ability and organizational structure to manage numerous contacts efficiently The technical support person will be part of the technical support team and report to the COO.Location is Stockholm.
