Are you a driven sales professional passionate about technical products and customer success? We are looking for a motivated and proactive Field Sales representative to join our team and make an impact in a fast-paced and exciting industry. In this role, you'll take the lead in identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving growth in your designated territory.
Based in or close to Stockholm, this role offers the flexibility of working from home while being responsible for a geographic area stretching from Stockholm and north.
This is a temporary employment for 1,5 years to cover parental leave with a great chance of becoming a permanent position.
Main responsibilities
Drive Growth: Own your sales targets and grow both existing accounts and new business with a focus on profitability within the RVAM & CPVAM markets. Develop sales of our products to vehicle body builders.
Be the Expert: Develop deep product knowledge and become the go-to specialist within your team, sharing valuable insights with colleagues.
Build Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with dealers, professional users, and key accounts. Your strong communication and negotiation skills will be essential.
Make It Happen: Identify untapped business opportunities and eliminate barriers to success. Process requests for quotes and manage orders seamlessly within our ERP system.
Represent the Brand: Attend industry exhibitions, showcasing our products, strengthening brand presence, and creating new opportunities.
Be the Bridge: Work closely with our retail partners and internal teams to ensure that our customers' needs are met with excellence, from service to delivery.

Skills & Requirements
Proven 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a solid understanding of mechanics, electronics, or technical products (preferred).
Technical Acumen: A passion for learning and staying ahead of product trends, with a desire to continuously develop skills.
Strong ability to close deals and grow business relationships.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Self-motivated and solution-oriented, you thrive in identifying opportunities and making things happen.
