As a team lead you will also be evaluating the progress of the developer team members, help the managers and evaluate new technology choices.

What you will do
- With Nordic Web Team developers team you will work in a dynamic growth team to streamline our processes and improve the development strategy of the company.
- You will be in charge for the technical assesments and reviews of your team members
You will help with the technical onboarding of the new team members
- Collaborate with the Romanian Team Leader to search and look for new learning opportunities and how to improve our current processes
- Work as a liason between the developers and Project Managers as requested
- Work alongside your developer team



Who you are
- Fluent in English (Swedish would also be great, but not required)
- Self-starter attitude;
- Understand how e-commerce works;
- You can write clean code that can pass a review process;
- Well-grounded thinking;
- Diligent about your skills set;
- Proactivity and enthusiasm to contribute to the growth of the company.
- Leadership and very structured in your work
- You should be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast paced international working environment.

You should have
- 4+ years of relevant experience
