UX Designer - Facilitation

We seek a UX designer to join an international company in their transformation project.
This is a six-month, full-time consultant position starting on April 29th 2024. Extension possible.
Assignment Description:
Key support behind successful facilitation.
Developing prototypes and visualisation of facilitation outcomes.
Allows for the swift continuation of ideas following the facilitation.
Competence development and support for the facilitation of network
Skilled in remote facilitation solutions.
Preprepared packages to ensure strong facilitation outcomes.
Present in all high-level facilitation to allow facilitators to focus and adjust on the fly.
Consistency of support and expanding company knowledge.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience with UX Design.
Experience with developing prototypes.
Strong communication skills.
A strong feeling of teamwork.
