Then UX Group Manager in Volvo Group Design is the position for you!
We offer you an exciting position, where you will
Lead and develop an interaction and user experience design team to secure individual competence development and performance management to meet given design targets set by the Design Directors
Work in close cooperation with the Design Director of each business area Truck, Bus, Construction Equipment and Penta to provide and the right support to each project
Develop and harmonize processes and tools to best accommodate the needs of the different business areas

Requirements
Min BA/BfA or equivalent degree in Interaction Design, HMI, or a related design or behavioral science discipline
Min 5 years of industry design experience
Documented team leader or project management experience
Full understanding of, and ability to advocate, the design process and tools
