We’ve just hit a growth spurt and are on the lookout for a UX Researcher to join our motley crew of curious, growth minded and all around nice people.
About the role
At Zimpler we are customer obsessed and in the middle of an exciting expansion phase and are looking for a new great UX-colleague with an eye for research to help us with that.
You will be a part of a cross-functional team composed of our Product Owner, Integration, Data, UX-designers and developers. You will be working with multiple teams including marketing, sales and developers in order to deliver an excellent user experience.
Things you’ll be responsible for
Be a part of the full UX process when creating new products (research, prototyping, testing several iterations).
Conduct user and customer research, develop user journeys and scenarios, identify and wire-frame design suggestions.
Deliver insights based on customer feedback and drive the product development forward while keeping the user in focus.
Work closely with the new sales teams to develop the product in new directions.
Communicate user-centered design thinking research with product and sales teams.
Things you are really good at
A solid understanding of user centered design principles and design thinking.
Supporting UX decisions with qualitative and quantitative data from testing and other data collection methods.
You live and breathe service-design.
Outstanding at communication and a great team player.
And you are definitely
A university graduate from a relevant field or someone with equivalent experience
Knowledgeable within UX design and/or research
