UX/UI DESIGNER - Solna

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will be able to identify and create consistent interaction and design patterns, translate product demands into user flows and concepts, define design and behavior in collaboration with other digital and business experts, create mockups and prototypes, coordinate and run user tests, maintain and update style guides and templates, and have a customer-centric and iterative approach.

What you'll do:
● Optimizing the digital customer experience and the digital business based on insights from customers.
● Identify interaction and design patterns to achieve a consistent user experience.
● Translates product demands to user flows and concepts.
● Uses a methodical and systematic approach; plans ahead, defines clear priorities and allocates resources effectively.
● Passion for user-friendly & efficient graphical design with a feeling for color/form.
● Think out of the box; develops imaginative and original ideas and solutions.
Who you are:
· Quickly understands and analyses complex issues and problems; comes up with sound and rational judgments.
· They should also have a relevant education in UX/UI design (though relevant experience can compensate for a missing degree).
· Proficient in English and Swedish, both orally and in writing.
· Preference will be given to candidates with more than 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of UX/UI design, particularly in the banking sector or in international organizations.
