Description

As a UX & UI designer you will work in the clients App stream to:

- Brainstorm new solutions and create fantastic, engaging and intuitive solutions.
- Lead discovery meetings together with their Digital Product Owners.
- Use analytics to make informed data-driven recommendations.
- Create beautiful, engaging and selling designs.
- Help develop and maintain the atomic design system.
- Work with cross-functional teams to set requirements.
- Research features and technologies to support usability recommendations.
- Create responsive wireframes, interactive prototypes and flows to communicate and test solutions.
- Make presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to clarify specifications.
- Iterate existing designs, improving and pushing them to the next level.
- Stay on top of design trends, new developments and what’s happening in the industry.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Degree in design or other relevant education
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with a good understanding of app and web design, usability and working within brand guidelines.
- Good knowledge of relevant tools, such as Sketch and Figma.
- Sharp attention to details.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet commitments in multiple initiatives at the same time.
- Excellent communication skills - able to relate to stakeholder groups including clients, developers and executive management.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Portfolio including samples of work outlining business needs and proposed solutions.
