Valmet is now looking for a Project Logistics Coordinator to be located at their office in Sundsvall, Sweden.
You will be responsible for the logistical flow for paper and pulp mill projects all over the world.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The work consists of planning, coordinating and executing shipments for specific Customer projects and work as a full member of the allocated project team. You will be involved from the sales phase to delivery phase, establishing a logistic setup that will benefit the projects as much as possible. As Project Logistics Coordinator you will:


* Defining the partners to team up with for each project and set up a supplier project contracts.
* Keep the project team up to date with your progress and final outcome, both on-time and economic performance.
* In order to carry out your work it will require many interactions with customers and suppliers, as well as customs, banks and insurance agencies.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
This position requires a proactive, structured way of working, very good planning skills and the ability to handle changes throughout the execution of the project. Good communication skills are crucial as well as your skills in English and Swedish. Computer skills are vital to handle the documentation requirements for the projects.

In order to be successful in this position we believe that you have an education within logistics or economics. You shall be service minded and have a documented long experience working in an international environment with forwarding.
