Vehicle Order Management Specialist
The Logistics Organisation owns the order & distribution segments from intercontinental transport to delivery at our Micro Car Compounds in our 7 European markets including customs activities, Pre-Delivery Inspection at our new Vehicle Processing Centre located at our Regional Car Compound in Belgium, stock maintenance at our Local Car Compounds and multi-modal transportation management to and from. We are a lean team with high focus on supplier performance in order to fulfil our purpose of supporting our stakeholder's targets and objectives. The Lynk & Co business model requires transformation of traditional car distribution and this team is at the forefront of that challenge.

Within Logistics at Lynk & Co you will be a part of a lean and creative team that manages logistics solutions with a responsibility all the way out to the end customer. We encourage you to think outside the box with an open and challenging mind set.

What you'll do

- Maintaining the Lynk&Co International ordering and inventory management process for FOB sourced vehicles
- Maintaining the IDCS and GEMS vehicle ordering applications and TMS systems respectively for order and delivery
- Analyzing sales data and presenting vehicle order configuration recommendations to top management
- Working with cross functional supply chain teams, sales team, vehicle logistics team to monitor ordering systems and ensuring correct pipeline flow, level, lead time achievements and stock stability



What you should have

- Degree with focus in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business related major
- Experience in supply chain management or related function
- Basic understanding of ordering and scheduling process
- Ability to manage large volumes of diverse data from disparate data sources using a combination of ordering platforms, TMS and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently
- Ability to effectively manage cross functional work teams
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in demand planning/order management, distribution and sales


The role is highly cooperative and cross functional, which requires you to have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear manner.
