Define, develop, and deploy a comprehensive global customer strategy to grow the revenues and the profitability of the Business Line Accessories as our VP of Sales and Product Management at NKT!
Interact with our excellent assets within operations, engineering, and senior management and make things happen!

The purpose of the position is to deliver committed performance in terms of multiyear growth, yearly revenues, margins, market share, and superior customer satisfaction seeking alignment between customers' critical issues/initiatives and NKT offerings and capabilities. You will drive and develop consensus-driven activities to deploy pricing strategies in line with customer requests, market dynamics, the values provided, and the overall product strategies worldwide.
As VP of Sales and Product Management, a part of your role will be to embrace the responsibility of commercializing new products as an outcome of R&D investments and deploy a product technology roadmap to translate customer needs into product features. 
Additionally your daily tasks will include..
•    Manages DSO´s assigned account on NKT´s expectations
•    Transfer a clear understanding of current and future targets for relevant product market shares, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and standard profits
•    Act as the focal point for strategic customer issues on a regional and global basis 
•    Monitor market dynamics – and suggest strategies to cope with them to senior management
•    Responsibility over customer satisfaction – nurture relations, customize action plans as appropriate and successfully negotiate terms and conditions 
•    Manage the team of regional sales managers interfacing with assigned customers

Furthermore, you are referred to as someone with high personal integrity who demonstrates an ability to manage a highly matrixed environment. When it comes to business, you have a deep understanding of the customer’s industry and organization with broad business acumen. Moreover, your resume includes...
•    Min. 15 years of experience in a managerial or team leader role in a manufacturing environment managing cross-functionally. 
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering – MBA preferred 
•    Broad knowledge of financial, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, materials management, quality systems, business development, and business law
•    Technical and program management skills
•    Fluent in English – bonus points for knowledge in German or Swedish
Because of the global set-up, you will frequently be traveling domestically and internationally.
