Job description / Mission We see dynamic years ahead in the Construction Tools (CTO) Division in applying our strategies to grow the business in a very competitive market place.Due to both organic growth and growth through acquisitions, the number of product companies (PC) in the Construction Tools Division have increased.CTO now has product companies in Germany, Sweden, China, India, Bulgaria and South Africa.Your responsibility is to, together with the General Managers in the product companies, lead and develop our product companies and to set objectives and perform follow-up through Company Review Meetings.Your shall be an active member of the CTO Divisional Management team and your mission is to: - implement the global production and D&D strategy - ensure that the production and product development processes are efficiently organized and developed in the product companies - develop global Design & Development competence - ensure a timely delivery of products with the required quality, the shortest lead-time and in the most efficient way - safeguard Lean Manufacturing and ensure adequate flow of products through the supply chain based on a pull concept - safeguard that IMS - Integrated Management System - issues gets the right focus and further development - reduce product costs on a continuous basis - ensure proper business and financial control in line with the group's standards and procedures - support and grow people in line with corporate values and active People Management - contribute to the development of the division's total performance. Read more about Construction Tools at www.atlascopco.com/cmt Experience requirements The successful candidate has management experience and a proven track record from manufacturing with well developed customer driven approach, preferably with solid knowledge and experience from implementation of lean or flow orientated manufacturing and change management.Knowledge / Educational requirements University degree in relevant field.Fluent in English.Knowledge of other languages is a plus.Personality requirements We are looking for a performance oriented, open, communicative and inspiring person with excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, with a passion for continuous improvement and and a good sense of humour.
