We are hiring a VP Quality & Customer Satisfaction within Volvo Group!

That is why we in Complete Vehicle within GTT are looking for our next colleague to lead Q&CS Globally.
Understanding what happens on the market and in the field, how our products are used in operation, is a key enabler for rapidly getting quality improvements in place and to increase the customer satisfaction. In our teams, we are driven by curiosity, and it is important for us to think outside of the box and try new things to be able to best succeed. We are driven by passion for what we do, and we also value great communication – as the VP QCS you will manage and lead a global organization of around 240 employees located in Sweden, USA, France and Brazil. You are heading up the QCS Global Management team consisting of the Q&CS site leads, Technical Analysis & Warranty, Data analytics and Strategy & Operations. You are a part of Complete Vehicle Management Team and will report to the SVP Complete Vehicle.

What will you do?
In your role as the leader of the organization you are daily encouraging and inspiring leaders and employees, this to becoming even more high performing and excelling in development of product & services, and you are collaborating with your surroundings in Group Trucks.
Your role will also be leading the Q&CS Global Management team to stay ahead and constantly approve efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction. And lead the Swedish Q&CS Management team to continuously improvement and create efficiency through improved flows. 
Cross functional collaboration with other functions and groups within Volvo Group will be an important part in your daily work. Together with that part you will also act as Q&CS direct interface towards the Volvo Brands to assure that we build a bridge between the commercial and industrial system supporting brands with costumer satisfaction and business objectives. 
Daily work will also include working toward the set product quality targets and as a back-office function also provide technical support to market companies, importers, and support center on critical technical product issues.

As this leader you will be the Q&CS representative on the site Sweden. 

Who are you?

You are skilled in building and leading through networks: you are authentic, deliver on your promises and utilizes horizontal leadership.
Qualifications:
•    MSc in engineering or equivalent
•    At least 10 years’ experience from working in product development/quality/aftermarket or similar in the automotive industry
•    At least 10 years management experience: including experience from leading global teams and leading leader positions. 
•    Handling budget and strategic responsibility such as being a member of governance.
•    Experience from leading international Quality organizations is highly meriting.
•    Able to demonstrate and communicate a clear vision, global mindset, and successful people & culture leadership.
•    Good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry and what drives customer satisfaction. 
•    Experience from leading a global team as well as experience of leading from a distance and via networking.
