Thora Vingård on the South West coast of Sweden is looking for a winemaker to come and manage a 4 ha property planted to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Solaris. This opportunity is perfect for a couple who are ready for a lifestyle by the ocean with professional freedom to produce premium cool climate wine.
You will be responsible for all vineyard and vinery operations from pruning through bottling. You will also be a part of designing and building a new winery in the years to come along with establishing more vineyards.
The ideal candidates will be proficient in English additional befit if you speak Swedish. You need to have the ability to work autonomously, manage all aspects of the vineyard from field to winery through all seasons. You have documented winery experience. Also a merit if you can drive a tractor, hold a spray license and have a work permit for Europe.
