About us
Car Service Operations is a unit within Volvo Cars that works with creating a user-friendly owner experience around current and future cars in Volvo’s portfolio. 
The environment we operate in is undergoing a great transformation, not only from a vehicle technology perspective, but also how our customers set expectations on the complete experience around mobility. Being part of this journey of transformation, and at the heart of the user experience, will be super exciting and rewarding!
We are now strengthening the team with one additional Visual Content Designer in Gothenburg/Sweden. This is a full-time position where we operate from our offices in Torslanda near our film studio.

What you’ll do
In this role as Visual Content Designer you will mainly work with 3D animations, Photorealistic 3D images, create movies via recordings in our own film studio, and create various visual effects. 
In our team we create guiding movies and images for our consumers and our technical service technicians. What we produce is of great value and we are very proud of our products. 
You and your skills
You are experienced in creating illustrations in Adobe Illustrator and manage Adobe Photoshop as an expert. Besides that, you also are well familiar with creating 3D animations in Autodesk VRED or MAYA. 
If you have proven experience or knowledge in Unreal Engine, Adobe Premiere PRO and After Effects, that will be beneficial for you in the candidate selection process.
One step in the recruitment process will a practical test where you will be given a creative exercise and produce some sort of illustration or animation. 
We also wish to see your portfolio, so you can visualize to us examples of what you have produced for your earlier employers. 
We believe that you should have an interest in vehicle technology, the car and its construction and functionality to be successful in this role.
