Description

R/GA Stockholm is looking for a hands-on Visual Designer to join our growing team. A Visual Designer collaborates with Art Directors and Senior Designers as well as Technologists and Strategists to produce meaningful experiences. You will be required to execute perfect visuals and interfaces on a number of different projects. Some you will lead yourself and on others, you will assist Art Directors with established design thinking. A solid understanding of visual language and communication is essential, to be able to take into consideration not only how a project looks and feels, but also how it works.


Responsibilities:

You will be required to assist with creation of online visual design, typography, visual concept, logos, icons, and other interactive platforms

Experience and Qualifications:

Proven experience of designing for web and mobile
Formal design training
Proficient in MacOSX, Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Acrobat, Acrobat Distiller
Strong portfolio with engaging diverse designs
Knowledge and/or experience with Flash and web applications is a plus
Able to effectively communicate and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure the visual design is communicating the desired message
