Vizrt is looking for a Linux system developer in Stockholm Do you want to participate in forming the future of broadcast media solutions? Vizrt creates leading-edge content production tools for the digital media industry - from award winning 3D graphics & maps through integrated video workflow solutions and online publishing tools. Leading broadcasters worldwide such as SVT, CNN Fox, TV4 and Network 10 utilizes Vizrt solutions. Vizrt understands the importance of efficient Digital Media Asset Management (MAM) solutions in today's competitive market and offers a whole range of MAM systems, including components for video editing, digitizing and archiving material. Job Description In the role as a Linux system developer you will be part of a development team in a creative and international working climate. You will be working with development of new features in the server side part of the MAM system and with a flat team structure, large responsibility opens up to help on all levels, from definition to analysis, design and finally implementation and testing. You will be stationed at an office in Kista, Stockholm with around 85 colleagues in pleasant and open spaces. Requirements - We believe that you have a Master Degree in Computing Science or equivalent. - Creative, self-driven and reliable. - Experience in development of software in Linux environment with good knowledge in Perl, C++ and Javascript. - Good knowledge in SOAP, XML schemas, HTML, SQL and operating system (Linux) near development and a merit to have good knowledge in REST architecture, Ajax and Web 2.0. - Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Experience with large scale storage solutions, Oracle and DB2 databases or broadcast environments are meriting.
