IT Infrastructure, ITI, a unit within Volvo Cars IT, is responsible to lead, develop and deliver to Volvo Cars a range of IT infrastructure services, in the areas of data center, networks, servers and clients,
databases, communication middleware and voice services.

Job Description:

The service area Voice is headed by a Service Manager who primarily has the echonomical and contractual view of the area. To his help he has a Voiceplanner who has a deeper technical knowledge. Together they form and depelop the service area, manage the suppliers who do most of the work and
take care of our customer and their demands.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a person with at least 5-10 years experience in IT.

In addition, following qualifications are required:

Good communication skills
Ability to take own initiatives and develop the role
Self reliant and enterprising
Flexible and positive mindset and relationship driven personality
Sound judgement and high level of service orientation
Good knowledge of Voice systems and not least VoIP
Genaral network knowledge
University degree or similar is prefered
Fluent in written and spoken English
