VP Consulting

Epicor Software Sweden is recruiting for a Vice President of Consulting for eastern Europe and the Nordics. The role is to be based in Stockholm. Th role is responsible for overseeing the Epcior consulting organisation within several countries in Europe which provides services to clients in connection with the implementation of software systems. The primary goal is to achieve revenue, utilization and profitability. The VP of Consulting will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction during the software implementation process. Some of the main areas of responsibilities are Direct the development and implementation of overall strategies across the International region Direct and manage client relationships across the International region Direct a region, often remotely, with a wide diversity of cultures and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction Oversees the completion of customer solutions and strategies, involving all product, based on the analysis of the customers business goals, objectives and needs Ability to direct the project management of consulting teams, often remotely, to successfully implement small projects to muti site/country implementations Ability to set budgets, forecast accurately and achieve revenue targets Review complex proposals for technical integrity; quantification of risk and strategic direction Select, develop and evaluate personnel, ensuring the needs of all the locations within the region are understood and decisions are made relevant to the local market Oversees the performance of the installation and client acceptance of implementations and engagements, within each location and for each of the Epicor products Ensure resources are planned across the region and allocated appropriately based on the level of experience, knowledge and skills of the consulting teams; ensure these are matched to the needs of the client and appropriate to the local market Co-ordination of activities between client and co personnel; the demands of the clients across a diverse market need to be understood and interpreted Provides strong management and technical leadership, often remotely and with the knowledge of how to manage people in diverse cultures Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections In ordet to apply for this position you need Minimum 10+ years of experience from Epicor products 10 + years of experience from the ERP industry 10+ years of management experience 10 + years of experience of managing implementation projects across a range of countries and cultures Strong understanding of accounting principles, including P&L, revenue forecasting Bachelor?s degree in Business or Computer Applications A qualification in project implementation methodology Other skills Strong numerical and verbal reasoning Strong analytical skills Leadership skills Teambuilding skills Planning and organization skills with the ability to delegate tasks.
