In our VP Sales role; you will be responsible for taking sales to the next level, in close collaboration with the Sales Directors. Your mission is to reach out with we’re offering to new and current customers in the interpreting and staffing industry and to society at large. From our start in 2015, we have experienced strong growth both in Sweden and the Nordic region. To be able to take the next step, we are looking for someone who want to be involved in achieving further success!
Our first brand, DigitalTolk, we are happy and proud to make a difference in people's lives through our services. DigitalTolk is the company that in many ways have turned the world of interpreting upside down. Simply because we like to offer quality services through smart IT solutions for our interpreters, users and customers. For example, we are the only company that has fully automated the match booking process with a built-in feedback system for interpreters and customers. We are convinced that loyalty, quality, delivery and reliability are linked!
Our second brand, Addita, we use the same SaaS product as DigitalTolk, but applied to the staffing industry. At Addita, you become part of an innovative company driven by the opportunity to be involved in changing a traditional industry. With the help of our innovative technology, we can offer our customers a completely new solution with a much faster matching process, less administration and a more accurate delivery. As we grow over time more brands will take form.
Responsibilities
The role includes the responsibility of setting up the sales organization's structure for development and management, as well as introducing system support, developing processes and tools. You will also develop and implement our new bonus system, create proactive sales methods and lead the work of broadening the business for new and current customers. You are part of the management team where you, together with other functions, are continuously involved in developing both the services we offer and how we can use new technology to reach out to more potential customers.

You need to be self-assured and have the courage to push your ideas. We are looking for someone who is innovative and dares to think big while having an analytical ability where you substantiate your decisions through data.
We also believe that you are an inspiring leader who knows how to create a committed team. You thrive in a dynamic and hectic environment, where you get the opportunity to make and influence decisions, finding creative ways to reach out to our current and future customers!
We would like you to have experience of the following:
At least 7 years of a proven positive track record in Sales Management
Proven leadership experience and experience in building a highly performing team
Relevant education
Customer-first mindset
Data driven and analytically minded
Experience from working in a scale-up environment is meritorious.
Fluent in both English and Swedish (verbal and written)
