Fugl Fønix Hotel is an urban oasis on the village with the focused on local food, art, events and concerts. We are a bunch of creative people who have chosen to go an unconventional way in the hotel and hospitality operations and has great involvement in our work. We have great interest in food and service and are trying to have a casual atmosphere at the hotel where guests feel at home and are well taken care of. The job can be yours if you meet the following criteria:
Minimum 2 years experience. Outgoing and positive attitude to life. Ready to provide good service, able to work independently and in teams. Tackling a sometimes busy day at work. Good plan for efficient working and have good knowledge of food and beverage. You have a great interest in service. food, beer & wine, relevant education and training or experience in the field.
