Warehouse Engineer

As a Warehouse Engineer, you will coordinate interdepartmental activities with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet Northvolt Ett requirements. You will plan all warehouse activities, set and track the KPIs.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Project Management
· Sustain and improve process yield
· Provide technical support as necessary
· Establish process metrics and goals
· Develop and issue process designs
· Design packaging solutions for internal use in production
· Create process flowcharts,
· Coordinate the internal delivery operations
· Maintain time & method analysis and process mapping
· Develop continuous improvement system in the warehouse
· Coordinate the warehouse team

Education/Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering (Master degree is a plus)
· 1 years or more experience in Warehouse Environment
· Knowledge in D365 or other ERP systems
· Forklift driving license
· Knowledge in lean engineering, waste management, lean warehousing and 5S.
· Knowledge in productions systems

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to prepare and deliver concise understandable information to co-workers, suppliers, and other stakeholders,
· Gets hand dirty approach
· Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements
· Problem-solving, entrepreneurial attitude thriving in a dynamic environment where no day is like the other (we mean it!),
· Self-motivated and finding it easy to establish new relationships,
· Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel
· Worked in multi-cultural environment (A MUST!).
