Warehouse Manager Mariestadsfabriken

The position has the total responsibility for all EMA finished products warehousing operations by coordinating the inbound & outbound logistics processes and ensuring the maximization of space availability and productivity within the operations. Warehouse Manager is responsible for the SERVICE QUALITY within our LOGISTICS PROCESS by complying with Customer Requirements, Process Specifications and our Quality Standard which is Zero Defects, assuring the application of the Electrolux EMS Lean tools, techniques, principles and driving the Process Improvement within our Logistics Operations.

Responsibilities:
- to manage the warehouse and guarantee the availability of storage areas
- to assure the correct handling of incoming and outgoing products (finished products, spares, returns, others)
- to prepare warehousing budget and control its implementation
- to monitor and co-operate with customers & suppliers in order to ensure appropriate service level
- to maintain and develop accurate and meaningful KPI reporting
- to guarantee the safety of the operations and the respect of quality standards
- to perform audits and stock checking
- to lead warehousing projects with the goal to improve the overall -ogistics cost structure, focusing on productivity and optimization
- to be in charge of a warehouse team
- to further develop the team members through feedback, coaching, training (internal and external)
- to continuously optimize/match the level of manpower with the activity level

Competences needed:
- knowledge of warehousing process & tools , people leadership skills
- knowledge of health, safety and security regulations
- min 5 years experience in the area fo Warehousing leading the teams
- white goods handling experience is a clear advantage
- experience in working in SAP is an advantage
