We are looking for a Scrummaster!

We are currently developing new products and need to expand our teams. The problems we face require creative problem solving in close collaboration with your colleagues. Together with your team, you will design, implement and test solutions to practical problems.

Your main tasks are:

Be the team's agile coach and facilitate the team's agile working methods such as daily standups, planning, refinements, demos, retrospectives

Drive improvements in the practices and behaviors of a self-organized and high-performing software development team

Understand C++ development for system and platform control, as described above, including testing and optimization

Contribute to your team's success by helping your colleagues

Solve the problems faced today, while taking into account the likely problems along the way

Competence

Our experience is that the scrum master must have the right qualifications to be able to do this job well. This means that he or she must understand the basic concepts of what we do. This often (but not always) means that he or she has an engineering degree.

We have scrum masters who code and we have scrum masters who combine their tasks with other leadership commitments, this is open for discussion.
