We are looking for a UX Designer in Stockholm

We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a UX Designer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:
The UX designer will work in one of our agile SAFe delivery trains, supporting the train management / development team from head to toe as well as working on special projects on a dedicated basis. The train is in charge of the group's digital channels, apps, and other capabilities.
The assignment may include everything from identifying needs in needs analyses to being responsible for the user perspective for each epic / feature that is operated so that maximum value is created; performing impact mapping, identifying customer journeys, creating interaction designs, and conducting user tests, among other things.
The work is carried out in close collaboration with the train management, the UX lead, key stakeholders, Product Owners, and developers. Coaching from the UX lead is available, and close collaboration with other UXers is also beneficial.
We are looking for a UXare with a skill set ranging from level 3 Medium to level 4 Expert. However, in addition to this, the consultant should have his own Mac and the software Sketch (or something similar.

UX work on my own: 4
Expert Competence Width: From the analysis of needs to the creation of a sketch: 4
Expert Experience with UX-Established Methods and Workflows: 3
Medium Börkrav Relevant industry experience: Yes
