We are looking for chefs to beautiful Fjällbacka

We are passionate about food. For this reason we have opened a number of restaurants and coffee shops with a range of entries and concepts and we are planning new ones as we go. Our restaurant Mathilda offers a first class a ´la carte. The restaurant is listed for ten years in the White Guide. At Slajdarns Grill and Bar you may enjoy grilled meat and fish in a cosy atmosphere on the yard during summers. In the winters we move inside and in front of the fireplace. Bryggans Bistro and Cafe opens in the spring and offers a varying cousin, ranging from sandwiches to our famous shellfish soup. The year is finalised with a Christmas smorgasbord. Evert Tapas is our tiny local favourite. Here we offer small Spanish dishes all year around. On Café San Remo you may celebrate the summer with the aroma of a tasteful expresso together with small Italian delicacies. Upper Deck is our latest addition. On a comfortably furnished outdoor space, you may enjoy the best viewpoint in Fjällbacka and a well a joyful nightlife. Besides our tasteful food, we offer 33 pleasant rooms, 77 single beds and good opportunities for hosting conferences.

We have a multitude of various restaurants offering a varied cousin and orientation. Therefore we are looking for chefs of various qualifications. You are expected to work as part of a group, it is therefore essential that you know how to be a team player. Working hours include day- and evening time and the length of employment can vary depending on our contract. As an employee you may lease staff accommodation.
