There is now an opportunity for you to join us in the development of our new products. Volvo Group Trucks Technology has an increased need of skilled engineers within the Global Technology Area Driver Electronics located in Gothenburg.

We are looking for new employees with passion to work and develop sustainable transport solutions with pioneering products and services for the transport and infrastructure industries.

Position Description:
You will lead a SW team responsible for developing one of the platform components in the infotainment system. The system is an integral part of our customer?s product offering and the driver environment. To deliver world class products in this area we are constantly challenged to provide the best solutions in terms of feature, quality and cost.

Main Responsibilities:
The daily SW Project management during design stages and in maintenance phase.
Continuously follow up the development by internal SW developers: development process review, time plans, deliveries etc.
Fulfilling the project main objectives (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Features)
Managing SW Milestones and Checkpoint passing and provide input for GDP Gate Passing.
Reporting the project?s progress/budget follow-up to the Project Control Group and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
We believe you have a strong background in embedded software engineering development and a deep knowledge of software product development, project management and team leading. Experience from Agile development is a merit.
