We are looking for Verification Leader

Core Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to plan, develop and secure execution of automated tests for one or a few ECU?s. You will lead a test team of verification engineers and continuously develop guidelines and processes related to software verification.

Other responsibilities
Assure verification is performed according to processes, strategies and guidelines
Document and communicate verification results
Develop and maintain ECU Software Verification Plan.
Define and agree on verification scope
Review and represent quality of the verification
Define and evaluate relevant quality measurements

Required Qualifications
A Master?s degree in computer engineering, electronic engineering or equivalent with several years working experience from embedded software verification in MIL, SIL and HIL. Due to our international environment you need to express yourself well in English, orally as well as in writing.

Other qualifications
Experience from test automation, tools and script languages
Knowledge in embedded software engineering
Knowledge in software verification methods and tools
Knowledge in diagnostic and communication protocols
Knowledge in software verification best practices

Meriting Qualifications
It is meritorious with ISTQB certification and experience from AUTOSAR, CANoe, Simulink, continuous integration and tools like Jenkins, ClearCase, GIT, ClearQuest, Jira, Simulink.

Personal Skills
As a Verification Leader you are expected to enjoy working in teams as well as on your own, take responsibility, take lead, be creative and innovative, have good communication skills, be generous and share knowledge. You should have a drive to develop yourself as a professional and accept new challenges in our dynamic environment. An open multi-cultural mind-set is required.
