Who is your future team?
The Web communications team is a part of the Digital Transformation & Marketing Technology team. The overall purpose for Digital Transformation & Marketing Technology is to drive digital transformation to enable digital marketing both in corporate marketing and regional marketing. You will be part of a tight team of specialists, analysts, digital marketeers, project managers and technology owners. We challenge each other and help each other to navigate in our digital landscape.

What you'll do here?
As Web Editor you will have a close cooperation with different teams within Marketing and the IT development team. You will have a coordinating role, as global web editor of mainly Axis' global corporate web site. You will be supporting the global content owners and the regional teams in how they should produce content, build and update pages and identify needs for improvement.

As a Web Editor you are the main responsible for our helpdesk, where we receive tickets from the organization regarding different web related topics. You will keep track of status and deadlines and support the organization on how to solve their needs. You have previous experience from working in a Content Management System (Sitecore and/or Drupal is a plus).

You will:

* Keep track of the status and handle tickets in our helpdesk on a daily basis
* Advise global and regional content owners on how to build and update their pages
in the best way
* Supervise the pages built by content owners before publication to safeguard guidelines regarding brand, content governance etc.
* Support the content owners in building and publishing pages with a higher level of complexity than they can build themselves
* Work to find solutions to problems from stakeholders we receive in the helpdesk
* When relevant represent the team in cross functional projects developing new functionality or content segments on the website.

To succeed in this position you are used to working with a large variety of stakeholders in a global company. You are able to steer your way in a situation where a lot is going through a change. You have previous knowledge of working with content management systems. You have an eye for details, but your focus is to make the big picture work in the best possible way. You are used to being involved in cross functional digital communications projects.

As a person you are self-starting, you take initiatives and able to structure your work, prioritize, and make decisions, and you strive to deliver on time. You are energetic and a good communicator with strong people and networking skills, and you are a great team player. You are truly passionate regarding digital marketing & communication and the value it brings to both customers and business. You have excellent skills in English, spoken and written.

* Experience of critical thinking and problem solving from global companies or agency
* Ability to tolerate stress
* As a person, you are self-driven and an energetic team player
* Being organized and structured comes natural to you
* Previous experience of Marketing Automation, A/B-testing, SEO and Google Analytics is a plus
