Web Graphic Designer

We're seeking an experienced web graphic designer to be responsible for the art direction and graphic design of our product website - www.culturalcare.com Responsibilities: .lead and carry out the creative process, ie take a design idea from start to finish..use your design and creative skills to make the websites user friendly and sales driven..stay on top of the target group (youth; age 18-26), and follow market trends..work closely with the publications, sales and marketing departments to secure consistency in on- and offline marketing activities.The successful candidate: .has worked for 3 or more years as a graphic designer for the web .is an expert in design software; Photoshop, Imageready, Illustrator .has a solid understanding of user interface design and information architecture .is skilled in creative design solutions with a marketing/sales perspective .has a good understanding of typography, color theory and logo/icon design .has a thorough understanding of HTML, browser capabilities and design constraints on the web .has a knowledge of or is proficient in Flash..You are a team player who believes in open communication .Your positive attitude and young mindset fits in well with our international team .You are used to work in a fast paced environment, being pro active and can commit to short deadlines..You have a true passion for excellence in your work, are thorough, and follow through on commitments..You are fluent in spoken and written English.
