Web Producer to International Creative Agency

FI designs and develops award-winning next-generation rich internet applications for clients such as MTV, America Online, Time Warner Cable and AT&T.We are extremely selective of our clientele and our projects in order to remain on the leading edge of the industry and to keep our employees challenged.Our offices are located in New York and Stockholm, and the company employs over 50 different professionals and experts.Role Overview As a Web Producer at FI you will lead a talented team of artists, designers and developers.Your involvement and guidance is crucial in all phases of a project from the concept to the smallest, final details.Your role involves being a strong team leader who motivates the group to produce the highest quality work possible.You will also structure the project throughout all stages of the production process, plan timelines and follow up deadlines.Another important part of your challenging agenda includes a close collaboration with multinational clients to help them achieve their business goals while at the same time always maintaining high FI Quality project standards. Qualifications and Background: .You must have prior experience in managing projects in the IT or design/web industry and have exceptional people skills..Knowledge of interactive/ software development from either a design, information architecture, interaction design or the technical field is necessary since you will be highly involved in the production process..Experience in working with Scrum methodology is merited.
