The Global Consumer Journey team is looking for a Web Product Owner responsible for driving technical development of online experiences with our brand websites. You will be the link between the business stakeholders and the design and development teams. As a web product owner, you will play an important role in our digital transformation journey and aftermarket growth by driving the continuous enhancements of the digital consumer interaction points and develop new online experiences.


In this role you will be involved in smaller and larger initiatives covering both short-term performance optimization initiatives and bug fixes as well as larger transformational projects where there is a need to build, test and launch brand new online experiences.
Key areas of responsibilities:
Digital Development Roadmap: Responsible for translating business requirements into a digital development roadmap. In this role, you will lead the work to analyse business requirements, define user stories and epics, prioritise the backlog and refine tickets. You will work with a team outsourced resources and be a key part of discovery, design, development, deployment and roll out of new or enhanced digital experiences.
Digital experience: Secure an on brand consumer experience throughout our web platform and other interlinked products; develop this in collaboration with colleagues in the globa, central and local marketing organisations. Analyse business requirements and set priorities for the development team.
Product development: Secure integration with multiple backend platforms, and downstream systems for a seamless experience. Ensure 'on-plan' delivery by offshore development team. Responsible for the web backlog including daily refinement, evaluation and prioritization of the work generated by the team in order to ensure impeccable features and functionality followed by thorough UAT and go live training.
Stakeholder management: Ensure digital productdevelopment transparency within the central and local organizations, effectively prioritise development based on business needs while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned. Align and collaborate with other platform and product owners relevant for delivering a great CX across the Consumer Journey and supporting infrastructure.
Innovate: Drive innovation by capturing new digital opportunities and steer colleagues, collaborators and external agencies to achieve business objectives. Work closely with the consumer journey team for mid to long term development and innovation.



Minimum requirements
Academic degree in Marketing/Business/IT/Computer science or diploma and equivalent experience
At least 5-8 years of digital development experience, focused on shaping the online consumer journeys and leading the development of web / app features and functionalities
Solid experience in developing and managing technical product roadmaps and backlogs, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and development teams
Previous Product Owner experience across web and/or apps
Knowledgeable in modern web architecture and development, responsive web design, native mobile development, performance optimization, and analytics
Experience in complex matrix organizations
Experience with successfully delivering critical projects using agile development frameworks
Experience in delivering common product delivery in a complex and multi-cultural environment
Experience in any of the most common CMS and Google Analytics
Excellent English in spoken and written; knowledge of any additional European language is a plus
