Webhelp Nordic is looking for a Business Controller

We are looking for a self-driven Business Controller to join our finance team in a fast-growing international company operating in a vivid business environment. 
 
As a Business Controller you will be part of our engaged and agile finance team that takes care of the financial management of all Webhelp companies in the Nordics and Baltic. You will be mainly working with a large and growing international account being the financial business partner for the account management. Business Controller is the go-to person for all matters related to finance. Business Controller plays a key role not only in financial planning, analysis and performance management but also in seeking improvements and new business opportunities that contribute to the development of the business.  
 
You have both analytical and business mindset and are able to partner up with various internal and external stakeholders and communicate fluently with all levels of the organization.  We are looking for you who have previous experience on similar position, desire to grow and aptitude to learn quickly the dynamics of contact center business. To fit into the role you should be studious, active and flexible. This is a versatile role with interesting development opportunities for a go-ahead person. You will be part of a professional and fun atmosphere, with a dedicated workforce that are eager to outperform.  
 
 
Requirements for the work: 
 
- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial management 
- Previous experience in a similar position e.g. controller, business consultant or financial analyst  
- Working knowledge of reporting and analytics tools e.g. Qlikview or equivalent,  Excel  
- Good English skills (Swedish is an advantage) 
- Excellent networking and communication skills 
- Excellent problem-solving and self-organization skills 
- Flexible scheduling and readiness to travel            
- Experience from contact center operations is an advantage
