At Webhelp Nordic you will be part of a team that delivers IT and Security services to a world leading global client.  Currently we have sites among others in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Riga, Izmir, Amman, Barcelona and Lisbon, with more sites under planning.  
 
Your work involves:  
  Being the SPOC (single point of contact) for all our sites (and countries) questions regarding IT delivery and IT/Services internal invoicing.   Be responsible for the governance of a portfolio of IT services delivered globally by the Nordic IT services.   Be directly responsible for process regarding monthly reimbursement of a range of costs to our client.   Support our CIO, Global Program Manager, IT Security Officer and Service Delivery Manager in the processes they manage.  
 
Key Qualifications for all four roles;
  Experience from diplomatically managing multiple commitments to customers, people and operations. Experience from CCSR is an advantage.     Ability to adapt to challenges while remaining calm in a constantly changing environment.   Have a self-organized profile with an interest for financial follow up and governance of IT resources and service delivery.   Skills towards project management and understanding IT and security related services.   You have no problems handling Executive contacts and speak and write English fluently.
