About the Role

As a web manager you are a vital part of conveying Semantix message to customers, partners, and employees.

Your role is to make sure that the website supports the company’s growth by generating leads and driving digital sales and delivering on the brand position. You are the product owner of the website and responsible for creating new landing pages, maintaining, and updating website content, monitoring, and optimizing website performance, and managing the site’s functionality and appearance. You will be a part of the marketing team and work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Coordinator, Content Manager and Marketing Operations Manager.

Duties & responsibilities  
Proactively drive the development of the website forward and lead the interaction with external UX and UI developers, IT and your colleagues at marketing. 
Own the website roadmap and align it with relevant KPIs. 
Use content management system to create and edit pages and content in all five website languages as needed.  
Monitor the website’s functionality to ensure the website is delivering the desired customer experience. 
Utilize website analytics, like Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand opportunities for improvement. 
Use site audit tools to continuously improve eventual SEO issues related the website.  
Coordinate with external development team to create website page templates and new functionality as needed. 
Own the key internal documents and assessment sheets regarding the website’s compliance. 

Requirements and skills  
A minimum of 3 years of website management and marketing experience is required. 
Fluent in English and at least one of the Nordic languages. 
Experienced in managing a web presence that serves multiple audiences with a strategy that is on brand and customer-first. 
Must possess a high degree of experience managing content in CMS platforms. 
Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and preferable Ahrefs. 
Enjoy working in a dynamic and efficient team. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good ability build and maintain relationships.
