(WFM) Application Specialist - Entry Level

About the role

You will be joining an established team of expert WFM Application Specialists and Solution Architects supporting exciting Projects for some of the world’s best-known brands. As an Application Specialist in the Customer Onboarding Team, you will be responsible for helping our customers configure Quinyx as part of their Workforce Management implementation projects.

You will be part of a wider project team where you will learn how to gather and analyse detailed and complex requirements, and how to translate them into the configuration of the Quinyx solution. You will also be responsible for managing data reports, data imports and general troubleshooting.

What you’ll be doing

- Translate client information into the configuration of our Quinyx solutions to achieve optimal business value.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, system or data-related issues.
- Develop documentation to produce the required data deliverables (specifications & processes).
- Learn how to read the API documentation and support clients in API troubleshooting.


What you’ll bring to the team

You are a fantastic communicator, ready to sink your teeth in a client (not really of course) and never let go. You are tech-savvy and see your career developing in a SaaS company. You have the ability to discuss and visualise concepts in abstract form, and you want to work in an environment where you can use your problem solving and critical thinking skills. You also have a knack for getting stakeholders and clients on the same page in pre-sales and implementing our solutions/products.

Other than that, there are also some other requirements:

- 0 - 5 years of experience
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Business Information Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Software or Computer engineering, Applied math, Physics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience or a strong interest in system integrations and data manipulation
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English. If you speak another European language even better!
