We are looking for a BIM Manager
The position of BIM manager at Workplace Experience is a hands-on operative role where, data analytics, strategy development, modelling and drafting layouts will be your focus.
Core responsibilities of the BIM Manager will span from initial project setup, maintaining BIM models and associated BIM support documents. Additional responsibilities include monitoring the performance and quality levels of BIM models and ensuring they satisfy the prescribed project-specific BIM requirements.
The studio day to day workload is fast-paced and varied, requiring the ability to execute across a range of disciplines from AutoCAD to Revit as well as Dynamo in order to implement generative design. Advanced use of Revit should come as standard, plus a good all-around knowledge of other design applications/technologies which could include (but not limited to):
* Dynamo
* AutoCAD
* Unreal Engine
* PowerPoint/ Standard Microsoft office applications

The ideal candidate should have a dynamic, thorough and enquiring approach to work, with the ability to work across multiple projects, with timelines ranging from the immediate to longer term.

What You Will Do
Creation of BIM models and family sets.
Develop 3D models for production, analytics, and data management.
Develop and maintain parametric components using Autodesk REVIT and AutoCAD.
What You Will Bring
Building understanding and ability to transform strategic goals into tactical activities. Creativity, brainstorming, ideas and collaboration. Must be a team player, able to work within tight deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude. Creative evolution – stay up to date with software updates and industry standards. Familiarity with off-site construction and modular design. High responsiveness and customer focus. Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is mandatory. You should carry a Diploma in Architecture and/or BIM management.
