What’s in it for you?

You will get the opportunity to closely work with and shadow our executive management team. In this role you will be a key part in producing material for board and leadership meetings – such as decision material, strategic documents and analyses. The role also entails ensuring that our management is prepared with necessary information and material (presentations, speeches, etc.) in order to represent the organization on different occasions. 

You will also
•    Support/coordinate Corporate Functions management fora, e.g. management and leadership meetings, management team days etc., by coordinating the agenda, invites, decision material, decisions/actions, collaboration platform, etc.

•    Support Corporate Functions leader in day-to-day meeting preparations, analysis of material and summary of complex matters

•    A substantial and interesting part of this role will also be working with ad-hoc analyses and special projects, often with short turn around and limited information
