Regardless of where I am in the world, I can see a SCANIA truck and feel proud that my R&D team helps to enable cutting edge solutions. I know my fantastic group can finish assignments and simultaneously develop themselves. During my years at SCANIA, I have had several opportunities to develop myself. As an object leader and group manager at different departments, I have been able to contribute to my different groups’ success by constantly pushing the teams to conquer new technical challenges. The group I am currently leading and that you now have the opportunity to join, is comprised of 12 nationalities and each person has a unique story of how they ended up working at SCANIA. We collaborate through an agile and cross-functional setup including R&D, Production and Purchasing departments to develop the Charging and power distribution on our BEV Trucks. In our two teams and within the agile landscape, we design both low- and high-voltage cable harnesses for all our trucks unique to BEV.

As a manager, I have great empathy for my employees. I see to it that my teams accomplishes their goals, but also that they find happiness and achieve personal growth in the pursuit of those goals.

I will help you to unleash your potential and coach you in all possible aspects at work and outside work. I believe that my engineering background, together with my leadership skills, will help you to contribute to the future SCANIA BEV trucks and help Driving the shift to a sustainable transport system. Even if the team members do not have a formalised leadership role in the team, I think that everyone should take a leadership role over their responsibilities in each project. We are all leaders and role models for each other.
