Responsibilities: . Establish new business network with potential customers.. Create and maintain relationships with customers.. Analyse the market and look for new business opportunities.. Develop sales strategies, sales plans and help achieve them..Co-ordinate transactional issues between customer & plant . Explore and grow business with the customer organizations . Formulate, interpret and implement contracts with customer . Represent the customer internally within the organization . Prepare and submit quotations to customers . Collate market reports and intelligence from customers . Monitor customer wise profitability Qualifications: . Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalant .7-15 years of technical sales experience.. Experience of selling to OEM customers, preferable Engineering industry.. Ability to independently work on collection of market data and analyze trends for strategy development.. As a person you should be goal-oriented and self-motivated.. You should have good networking skills and should have the ability to build confidence/faith/trust with customers.. Experience of negotiations of deals..Good communication skills, written and verbal in English.Knowledge of other European languages will be added in advantage..Basic knowledge of product costing will be added advantage.
