Assignment Description:
We are looking for a senior Program Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) within a large logistics organization.
What you will work on:
Lead the end-to-end WMS implementation program and rollout strategy
Establish program structure, governance, and delivery model
Drive and manage collaboration with the WMS vendor and other partners
Align stakeholders on goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure integration with surrounding IT systems according to rollout plan
Engage warehouse operations and business teams in change management
Manage risks, dependencies, and uncertainties in a complex environment
Report progress and support decision-making at management level

What you bring:
Senior-level experience as Program Manager leading large IT programs
Proven experience delivering WMS implementations, preferably in retail or logistics
Strong leadership skills with experience managing senior teams and suppliers
Deep understanding of IT, logistics operations, and supply chain processes
Extensive experience working in large organizations with many stakeholders
Strong change management skills in complex and uncertain environments
10–15+ years of experience delivering complex IT and business transformation programs
Coaching leadership style that builds engagement and ownership
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
